Therapy at Peak Neurorehab
Occupational therapy in Nairobi
Occupational therapy helps children and adults do the everyday things that matter to them, more independently. We work on hand skills, self-care, school and work tasks, and set up the home so daily life is easier and safer.

Questions
Good to know.
What does an occupational therapist do?
An occupational therapist helps you take part in everyday activities, from getting dressed and eating to writing, playing and working. Sessions build skills, adapt the task or change the environment so you can do more for yourself.
Do you see children?
Yes. We see babies, children and teenagers as well as adults. Sessions for children are play-based and families are part of every session.
Can you make a splint for my hand?
Yes. We fit ready-made splints and make custom splints to measure. A therapist assesses your hand first and shows you how to wear and care for the splint.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, you can contact us directly. If you have reports from a doctor or hospital, please bring them to your assessment.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Many insurers, including CIC, GA, Liberty and Vitality, settle bills with us directly. Some, such as AAR, APA, Jubilee and Minet, need to approve treatment first, and with others, such as Britam, Old Mutual and Sanlam, you pay and claim the cost back. Please check your cover with us before your first visit. You can also pay by M-Pesa, cash or card.
Working together

Many people see more than one of our therapists. We plan their sessions together.
